Coasteering Half-Day Adventure
Scramble, climb, traverse, ledge-leap and swim! Kitted up in a wetsuit, helmet, flotation jacket and a pair of old trainers, you’ll explore the rocky intertidal zone of Pembrokeshire’s rugged coast in this uniquely immersive and energising activity. Embrace the Atlantic swells as they rush and surge through gullies and swirl into plunge pools creating fun features for play. Pembrokeshire was the birthplace of coasteering over 35 years ago and it remains the ultimate bucket list experience for visitors!

Experience Level +
Beginner.
No swimming ability is required, you just need to be happy to be in deep water with a flotation device.
Age Restrictions +
Our age limits are for guidance purposes and can be flexible. If you wish to bring younger participants please contact us before making a booking.
All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
What’s included? +
All specialist kit & equipment is included.
We’ll also send you a full list of basic items to bring such as your bathers, a towel, a pair of old trainers etc.
Where? +
We have a meet-up point in Llanungar, near Solva. We’ll send you directions in your confirmation of booking. This is where you meet your instructors and get kitted up.
You’ll need your own transport to drive to the activity location, which is chosen on the day. We take into account the tide, swell and wind and choose from our range of beautiful locations to give you the best possible experience.
