- medical info required from you (once you arrive here) when participating in any adventures.
How we use this information
This information is used to understand your needs and requirements to provide you with the best possible service and holiday experience with specific reasons:
- Booking and administrative record keeping.
- Marketing promotion – from time to time we send promotional emails or other information we think you will find of interest. You always have the option to unsubscribe from further correspondence.
- Market research – we may use your information to contact you for feedback about your holiday experience. We will only contact you by email and you will always have the option to unsubscribe from further correspondence.
- Medical info to be seen only by instructors taking you out for an adventure in order to fulfill our duty of care and to keep you safe whilst participating in the adventure.
Sharing information with our partners
We no longer run activities directly from Preseli Venture, so if you enquire about activities, either by email, telephone or our “Contact Us” form, we’ll pass on your contact details to one of our trusted partners. They will get in touch with you to organise your adventure activities and you can book with them directly.
We carefully select our partners and only share with them what they need to do their work, but we can’t be held responsible for their privacy practices.
The information our partners share with us
If you book activities with one of our partners as a result of an enquiry through us, they will let us know that you have booked and the date of your trip. Our partners do not share back with us any personal information that we do not already have such as your address or bank details.

We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. We have put in place management procedures and both physical and electronic security measures to safeguard your details and comply with General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
