Here at Preseli Venture we’ve always valued the feedback and thoughts of our customers, it is these thoughts and ideas that have helped us improve our existing events as well as to shape our new adventure offerings. Fabulous feedback is so nice, and it’s great to be able to pass it on to the whole team here at PV.

‘Not so fabulous’ feedback is (fortunately for us) very rare, and is something we lose sleep over!

At the end of every adventure event or eco lodge stay we invite our guests to fill in a feedback form, or to have a chat with us regarding anything they’d like to tell us. This is the way that we find out how we’re doing: what we’re doing well, what we’re getting right, and where we could be better.
