What happens if the weather is bad? +

As we know in Wales, the weather is massively unpredictable. When the wind and swell is up, it isn’t uncommon for the boats to be cancelled. Rest assured if this is the case, we will provide you with a full refund. If there is availability, you’re welcome to join on an alternative date.

What style of yoga is it? +

We will practice a “slow flow” Vinyasa style yoga. If you’re struggling at all to keep up, there’s no pressure to do all the poses. You’re welcome to take a restorative posture whenever you need to and adaptions can be made to the postures to suit different levels of strength and flexibility.
