Eco lodge accommodation in Wales

Our eco lodge in Pembrokeshire provides you with comfy and friendly accommodation in west Wales. The Preseli Venture eco lodge is Wales only 5 star activity centre built with sustainability in mind.

We’re proud to be Pembrokeshire’s only 5 star activity centre!

You’re welcome to join us on an accommodation and meals only basis, or opt into a range of adventure activities – the choice is yours.

The lodge provides for all your creature comforts and accommodates up to 40 people in comfortable shared bedrooms including singles, doubles, twins and shared and family rooms. All beds are fully made up on your arrival with sheets, duvets and spare blankets.

We have a fully licensed bar, which stocks all of your favourite tipples as well as some interesting local brews! If you have any special requests for special beverages then please let us know and we’ll try our best to get some in for you.

The lodge stays warm and cosy at all times, courtesy of our ground source heat pump and our wood burning stove. You’ll find that nothing beats that apres coasteer feeling when you find yourself fresh out of a hot shower, glass of wine in hand, lounging in front of a glowing stove in our cosy lounge.

We have a courtyard in which to enjoy the sunsets, a sheltered bonfire site for nights under the stars, a large bar and dining area with pool table and awesome sound system. And all this in the middle of a beautiful coastal National Park – your neighbours are a field of sheep on one side and cows on the other!

All the food served at the lodge is home cooked, delicious and wholesome and ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible. We can happily cater for the vegetarian diet.

Outside social areas

Here at Preseli Venture we are great fans of outside seating – so we have several areas where you can enjoy the warm Pembrokeshire sunshine and the clean (oh so clean!) fresh sea air wafting up the valley from Abermawr bay.

The Lodge can boast a traditional Welsh farmhouse courtyard with stunning views down the tranquil and wooded National Trust valley to the sea at Abermawr. There are outside seating and socialising areas inside the sheltered courtyard.  Out the back of the lodge facing due west is located our patio area – the perfect spot to soak up the evening sunshine after a hard day out on the sea – bliss….! Here you can also enjoy our wonderful west Wales sunsets and did you realise being out on the very western edge of the UK our night sky does not go dark in summer until 11.00pm!

Located here is also the bonfire area – perfect for nights out around a blazing bonfire beer in hand. We are proud of our dark, clear night skies. Try brushing up on your astronomical constellations during your stay as we are blessed with night skies clear of light pollution, there is even a star watching guide in the lodge.  Out the back of the lodge we also have our field where you can play ball games – which includes a volley ball/netball net.
