How to make a booking

If you are a study abroad student please make a booking via the study abroad student page.

Please use the booking form with calendar for the specific weekend or holiday you are booking which is located on each separate event page. Go to weekends and holidays and select the weekend break or holiday you are interested in.

The booking form below can be used for any payments for Preseli Venture and is ideal for bespoke payments which are not the typical package price.

For all our weekends and holidays the payments required are:

A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking. We happily accept all major credit cards except AmEx. We’re afraid that we cannot guarantee a space on any particular event or date without the deposit payment.

Please contact us to settle your balance 3 weeks before the start date for your event.
