How to Book

1. First check availability for your chosen dates and Adventure Event by calling us on 01348 837709 or e-mailing info@preseliventure.com

2. Fill in a booking form with us over the phone, or print off the booking form and e-mail, fax or snail mail it back to us.
Alternatively make a booking online.

3. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance on event payable 3 weeks before the event date. We happily accept cheques and all major credit cards! We're afraid that we cannot guarantee a space on any particular event or date without the initial payment.

4. Once you've filled in your booking form and made your deposit we'll send you a confirmation of booking detailing your event and setting out the date for the final payment.

5. Please contact us to settle your balance 3 weeks before the start date for your event.

Group bookings

If you have a group of 10 or more then the group organizer gets a half price place, or if you're feeling generous, you can share the discount between the group members!

We all know that organizing a big group of people can be hard work, so why not hand over some of the logistical nightmare to us?! If you are looking to organize a group event then pass on the email addresses or phone numbers of your group members to us, and we'll take away the hassle factor - from sending out event details to your fellow adventurers through to taking payments.

Weekend Event Friday night arrivals

We would love to offer you dinner on the Friday night, but please let us know by the Tuesday before your event if you will be requiring dinner. The lodge kitchen closes at 8.30pm so please aim to arrive in time for dinner by 7.30/8.00pm.

You are welcome to arrive from 5.00pm on the Friday, that way you'll get a chance for a walk to the beach or a chill out in the garden before dinner!
