THE SMALL PRINT! Please note: - A surfing session cannot be guaranteed - in the event of 'no surf' a surf session automatically becomes a sea kayak session so please take this into account when choosing your activities. - For surfing and biking a minimum group size of 6 is required to offer a guided session. If you choose either of these activities please indicate what your 2nd choice would be if these activities cannot be offered. With biking there is also the option of taking the bikes out self guided, please indicate if you would like to take this option if there is no guided session. - In the event of very adverse weather conditions (rarely!) kayaking will take place at a sheltered inland venue. Please call or email if you have a query regarding activity choices and logistics!
How many nights do you plan to stay and what type of rooming do you require?	NB Rooms sleep between 2 and 8 people and are usually allocated on a same sex basis, so please be willing to share a room with others of the same sex. PLEASE NOTE: If you have specific rooming requirements please check the room availability with Preseli Venture before submitting this form.

What will be your approximate time of arrival? A Friday evening meal is provided for those that can arrive in time for 8.00pm, and you must let us know in advance by the Wednesday before the event.

Do you require the FREE train and coach station pick up from Haverfordwest on the Friday evening? Please let us know by the Wednesday before your event if you will be requiring the 6.40pm pick up at the train station on the Friday night that continues to the coach station for 7.15pm, and 2.15pm drop off on Sunday.

Step 3: Payment Amount

At the time of booking either the total cost of the holiday is due, if booking less than 3 weeks before the holiday start date, (as per price list or calculated by Preseli Venture staff)

Step 4: Terms and Conditions

Making a Booking and Making a Payment

An adventure break will be reserved on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the holiday or course fee and a completed booking form. Upon receipt of the correct deposit and the completed booking form Preseli Venture will send you a Confirmation of Booking detailing the activity(ies), dates and numbers booked and setting out the final balance due from you and its date of payment. Your balance will be debited automatically, so please do note down the date this will be taken from your account. We'll use the same details that you provide for this deposit payment, so please let us know ASAP if you would prefer to use an alternative method to pay your balance. In the event of failure to make this payment by the due date we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

Group Bookings

If you are organising activities for a group you must ensure all participants are aware of the booking terms and conditions, clothing details and directions to Preseli Venture.

Insurance

You are advides to take out a holiday insurance policy that covers you for cancellation (under the policy terms), accident and property. Preseli Venture provide a specialist policy, arranged by Infinity Insurance Solutions for UK residents that covers all outdoor activities offered by Preseli Venture. Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation by the client Preseli Venture does not give refunds.
Your insurance policy will cover cancellation costs if the reason for cancelling is covered by the policy (less an excess). Please note that certain specialist courses require a minimum number of participants to go ahead. In the unlikely event that minimum numbers are not met Preseli Venture will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

Your Health and Fitness

All persons taking part in sporting activities should be in good health and have a reasonable basic level of fitness. You must advise us in advance of any Special Needs or medical problem experienced by you, or any member of your party, that might affect that person or any other guest during the activities and/or stay. All participants in water-based activities must be able to swim.

Preseli Venture will not be able to offer activities to any client that is deemed to be under the influence of, or suffering from the effects of, drugs or alcohol. Preseli Venture will not be able to offer a refund in any such circumstances. Please be aware that you will be sharing lodge facilities and activities with other guests. Please be willing to respect the quiet areas of the lodge, and to make sure that your enjoyment of the weekend event does not impinge upon that of the other guests.

A STATEMENT REGARDING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND RISK

We at Preseli Venture assume that our clients understand that there is risk involved in the activities that we provide.
High energy natural environments such as the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park are constantly changing; wind, rain, surf, ocean waves, gravity, wildlife and multi-tactile surfaces combine to produce an environment from which risk can never be totally eliminated.
The exhilaration and adventure of exploring such environments is what Preseli Venture is all about. We seek to minimize and manage these risks by providing relevant equipment and experienced, qualified instructors. Our instructing staff are professionals who operate according to the guidelines set down for each activity by individual governing bodies and our own in-house safety procedures. They are supplied with up to the minute weather forecasts and trained in risk assessment.
It is up to you to listen carefully to what they say, and act upon their instructions. We believe that Adventure, in all its diverse forms, is an essential component of many people's lives.

DECLARATION

I agree to and understand all of the above. I authorise my credit/debit card to be charged as per the instructions above - for the 50% deposit now, and for the final balance payment which will be debited from my account 3 weeks before the event start date. I confirm that I understand that this booking is made under the standard Terms and Conditions of Preseli Venture.
