A big thankyou to Catherine Girone, who came to visit us at Preseli Venture way back in 2010, for allowing us to reproduce a post from her blog, One Positive Step, here.
I stumbled upon Catherine’s blog back in July, and was so chuffed to read the lovely words that she wrote about her stay at Preseli Venture – and also to hear that apart from having a damn good weekend of fun and adventures she’d actually found her time on the Pembrokeshire coastline to be a ‘life changing experience’. I forwarded the post to Catherine Mack, who was equally touched by her beautiful words. After a period of online stalking I tracked Catherine down and asked if she’d be happy for me to share her story on the PV blog. Without further ado, here’s that lovely post….
